Linda Hendricks is an accounting professional with over 20 years of experience spanning Big 4 public accounting, corporate internal audit, and small business operations. Her expertise includes full-cycle accounting, financial forecasting, risk management, GAAP compliance, and process optimization. These skills enable her to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, empowering business owners to step away from administrative hurdles and focus on strategic growth.
 
In 2009, Linda founded Ornsby Group Consulting, where she served as a fractional accountant and trusted advisor to small-to-medium-sized businesses and nonprofits. She is also the co-owner and instructor at Detroit Dance Center in Midtown. As a fellow Detroit entrepreneur and active community leader, Linda brings a deep, firsthand understanding of the unique challenges local business owners face and is passionately committed to supporting Detroit’s economic development.
