Mary began her career in higher education, spending five years supporting students throughout their academic journeys. During this time, she completed both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration, experiences that strengthened her commitment to helping others grow and succeed.
Her interest in Human Resources—particularly in creating positive, people-centered workplace experiences—led her to transition into the HR field, where she has since worked in roles focused on organizational support, promoting positive culture, and overall HR operations.
Driven by a desire to use her HR skills in a mission-driven environment with community impact, Mary joined TechTown, where she now serves as an HR Generalist on the Ops+ team. In this role, she helps support organizational operations, employee experience, and HR initiatives that relieve administrative burden for small businesses so they can focus on fostering innovation, growth, and building long-term success.
Outside of work, Mary loves spending time at home with her dogs and enjoys running as a way to stay active and recharge.
