Erica Bachran is an operations and strategy leader dedicated to helping small businesses and mission-driven organizations thrive. As Associate Director of Business Operations & Strategy at Ops+, she brings a strategic, systems-focused approach to strengthening organizational infrastructure, improving execution, and aligning day-to-day operations with long-term goals.

With a foundation in Human Resources and finance, and a deep understanding of how people, processes, and culture intersect, Erica specializes in building scalable, sustainable solutions that support growth and drive impact. She is known for her ability to navigate complexity, streamline operations, and partner closely with leadership to advance efficiency, clarity, and organizational excellence.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys traveling, cheering on Michigan football and the Detroit Lions, going on adventures with Winnie (her Doberman Pinscher), and spending time with family and friends.
